At Bercinda, cancellations are accepted only if requested before the package is prepared for delivery. Once the order is being processed or is out for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Bercinda is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

If you notice the error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at customerservice@bercinda.com, and we will do our best to update your address before the order is shipped.

Order confirmations may take up to 24 hours to arrive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at customerservice@bercinda.com with your inquiry, and we’ll assist you promptly.

To check the status of your order, simply log into your account on our website. You’ll be able to view real-time updates on your order’s progress.

If your items arrived damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send your order number and include multiple photos or videos of the damaged products to customerservice@bercinda.com, or reach out through our Contact Us page.

If you received incorrect items, please contact us at customerservice@bercinda.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of this issue for you promptly.

Please note that refused or unclaimed orders will not have the shipping cost refunded. Once the return is processed, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the shipping cost. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.

All orders shipped to Saudi Arabia are delivered duties paid (DDP), meaning customs and taxes are already included in the price.

For other international destinations, customs and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
